Article 1 – Purpose and scope<\/h3>\n

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “GTCS”) govern, without restriction or reservation, all bed and breakfast accommodation and related services offered by Domaine de Pellerey (hereinafter referred to as “the Domaine”), operated by [Name of operator \/ legal form], whose head office is located at Hameau de Pellerey, 21220 Curtil-Vergy, registered under SIRET number [SIRET number], for the benefit of any natural person of legal age (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).<\/p>\n

All reservations, whether made by telephone, e-mail, via the www.domainedepellerey.com website or by any other means, imply the unreserved acceptance of these GCS by the customer. The Domaine reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time; the terms and conditions applicable are those in force on the day of reservation. <\/p>\n

Article 2 – Description of services<\/h3>\n

The Domaine offers four furnished guest rooms for rent (Saint-Vivant, Vergy, Les Forges, La Nourotte), including breakfast, as well as additional services (table d’h\u00f4tes, drinks, etc.). The characteristics of each room (surface area, capacity, equipment) are described on the Domaine’s website. The customer acknowledges having read this information prior to booking. <\/p>\n

The capacity indicated for each room may not be exceeded. The Domaine reserves the right to refuse access to additional persons not declared at the time of booking. <\/p>\n

Article 3 – Booking<\/h3>\n

Reservations can be made by telephone, e-mail or via the online form. Reservations become firm after : <\/p>\n

receipt by the Customer of written confirmation (e-mail) issued by the Domaine;and payment by the Customer of a deposit in accordance with article 5.<\/p>\n

If the deposit is not paid within the specified time, the reservation will be considered null and void and the Domaine will regain free use of the room.<\/p>\n

Article 4 – Rates<\/h3>\n

Rates are quoted in euros, all taxes included, per room and per night, breakfast included. They do not include tourist tax, which will be charged in addition at the rate set by the local authority. <\/p>\n

Only the rates in force on the day of booking are applicable. The Domaine reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being specified that the price shown on the booking confirmation is firm and definitive. <\/p>\n

Article 5 – Payment terms<\/h3>\n

A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay is required on booking. The balance is paid on site, no later than the day of departure. <\/p>\n

Accepted means of payment are: cash (within the legal limit), bank cheques issued by a French bank, bank transfers and [where applicable: bank cards, ANCV vacation vouchers].<\/p>\n

Any additional services consumed on site (table d’h\u00f4tes, drinks, etc.) will be invoiced in addition and paid for on departure.<\/p>\n

Article 6 – Cancellation and modification<\/h3>\n

6.1 Cancellation by the Customer. All cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail or letter). The following conditions apply: <\/p>\n

cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: full refund of deposit (less any bank charges);cancellation between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival: deposit retained;cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival, no-show or early departure: full payment due.<\/p>\n

6.2 Cancellation by the Domaine. In the event of force majeure or the impossibility of honouring the reservation, the Domaine undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible and to refund all sums paid, without any other compensation being claimed. <\/p>\n

6.3 Changes. All requests for changes (dates, number of rooms, number of people) must be made in writing and are subject to availability. <\/p>\n

Article 7 – Arrival and departure<\/h3>\n

Rooms are available from 5:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Late arrivals (after 8:00 pm) must be notified to the Domaine in advance. Failing this, the Domaine reserves the right to dispose of the room. <\/p>\n

Article 8 – Pets<\/h3>\n

Pets are [conditionally accepted \/ not allowed]. Any animal not declared at the time of booking may result in immediate cancellation of the stay, without refund. <\/p>\n

Article 9 – Customer rules and obligations<\/h3>\n

The customer undertakes to respect the peaceful nature of the premises, to use the facilities in accordance with their intended purpose, and to respect other customers. In particular, smoking is prohibited in the rooms and interior areas, in accordance with current regulations. <\/p>\n

The customer may be billed for any damage to the movable or immovable property provided, based on the actual cost of repair.<\/p>\n

Article 10 – Liability<\/h3>\n

The Domaine cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage to customers’ personal belongings during their stay. Customers are advised to take out holiday or public liability insurance to cover these risks.<\/p>\n

The Domaine may not be held liable in the event of non-performance due to force majeure, to an act attributable to the Customer or to a third party unrelated to the service.<\/p>\n

Article 11 – Personal data<\/h3>\n

The information collected is processed for reservation management purposes. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the “Informatique et Libert\u00e9s” law, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete data concerning him or her, which may be exercised by contacting: domainedepellerey@orange.fr. For more details, the Customer is invited to consult the Domain’s Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

Article 12 – Complaints<\/h3>\n

Any complaint relating to the stay must be sent in writing to the Domaine within 8 days of the end of the stay.<\/p>\n

Article 13 – Consumer mediation<\/h3>\n

In accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer may, in the event of a dispute that has not been amicably resolved, have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator: [Name and contact details of the mediator – e.g. MEDICYS, www.medicys.fr].<\/p>\n

Article 14 – Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/h3>\n

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the absence of amicable resolution, any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will fall within the jurisdiction of the French courts in the area of the Domaine’s head office.<\/p>\n
